All banners, text links, advertising blocks, mentions of third-party Telegram channels, bots, websites and any other external resources placed on the pages of the BINov.net portal are advertising materials of independent third parties (Advertisers) and are published solely as paid advertising.

2. No warranties or verification

The administration of the BINov.net portal is not a manufacturer, seller, distributor or supplier of the advertised goods, services or information products. The administration does not pre-screen the activities of Advertisers and does not confirm or guarantee the accuracy, legality, safety, quality, availability or legitimacy of their offers.

In particular, the administration does not verify, guarantee or bear responsibility for the validity, functionality, authenticity, relevance, legality or conformity to declared characteristics of any digital goods, software, utilities, scripts, databases, information sets or accounts provided by third parties, nor of any financial or banking instruments, means of payment or credentials.

The administration likewise bears no responsibility for the accuracy and validity of any address, profile, registration or identification data accompanying such products, including any information on geographic attribution, postal codes, billing (billing address) or personal metrics. All risks associated with the acquisition, verification, testing, use or non-functionality of such products, data or instruments rest entirely with the User.

3. Limitation of liability

BINov.net does not act as an agent, intermediary, guarantor or party to any transactions, contracts, obligations or financial settlements arising between the User and the Advertiser.

The administration bears no responsibility for any direct, indirect, incidental or intentional damages, material loss, lost profits, loss of data or other adverse consequences incurred by the User or third parties as a result of:

following advertising links or banners to external resources;
interacting with the administration of third-party Telegram channels, bots or websites;
using, purchasing or testing any goods, services, software or data obtained from Advertisers.

4. Dispute resolution

Any interaction with Advertisers, following of external links and conclusion of transactions are carried out by the User voluntarily, knowingly and at their own risk.

The BINov.net portal does not accept, consider or compensate claims related to Advertisers' failure to fulfil their obligations, loss of funds or invalidity of digital goods and data purchased from them. All claims regarding the quality, payment, deadlines, functionality and content of third-party services must be directed by the User directly to the relevant Advertiser (the owner of the end resource, channel or bot) in accordance with applicable law.
